Funding Usage
My work load continues to grow. My lead times are extending into months. Before I could have most jobs finished in a week or less. My workshop is small. It is 955 sq feet. I can handle more work in a larger shop, add a couple pieces of equipment that would greatly speed up production, and have more room to hold inventory (instead of going out and sourcing the material most of the time). Hiring a part time or full time employee would obviously make production increase. My advertising budget is low for 2 reasons. one, I can't handle too much work. Two I don't have a large advertisement budget. With this said, I continue to lose potential clients(recently I had to deny a state job. 2 jobs that were quoted roughly $6000 which was good for them but time was an issue)or have to deny jobs because in the interest of time and/or the amount of size of the project. Summary: -Move to a larger shop -Increased rent -Equipment purchases -Advertising -Initial funds for hiring an employee

Business Plan
I say this regularly. If I win The Powerball or lottery, I would still go to work because it's what I love to do. Simply I would be doing the same thing as I'm doing now but with a much larger shop, have a well trained group of employees that can all be financially stable and happy with what we do. Affording a Lamborghini is not what I strive for. Good Financial stability, a happy life is what I want for myself, and those around me. This is something made of wood If you look around your house or even your work place. Studies and from my own experience show that more people are not buying furniture from IKEA, Walmart, Wayfair, and Ashley furniture. Almost all of there furniture is made with a composite material, filled with a honeycomb cardboard structure and a fake plastic veneer that looks like wood. Even Ethan Allen has started doing this. They call call it "using the newest technology". With this said, their furniture has more issues than I can list right now. My furniture and/or custom work only comes from local mills, heat treated, all natural, built with exceptional attention to detail which provides a piece that will stand the test of time. have very low lead times, which increases profits at least 5 fold,

Self Identified Competition
There really isn't anyone exactly like Reclaimed New England LLC. As I can weld, design, do restoration, carve, wood burn, use a lathe (I have one), build custom pieces that will aesthetically enhance an area, fit into existing places, install them and allot more. My competitors that are strictly furniture builders would be: Ethan Allen, Vermont Wood Studios, and Shaker. My wide range of experience, producing high end custom work that you cannot find any where else, the ability to fabricate, design, and bring to life people's ideas. If the client wants welded steel legs, no problem I can do that. If a client wants me to come over, get feel for their Feng shui, form that into the design, no problem i'm more than happy to do that. More times than not the client will want it as a focal point, but not stand out too much, yet meet specific details and have unique features you would never find on Pinterest or Instagram. Again, no problem, I can do that. I have yet to meet a woodworker that can come close to what I can do.
