Business Plan
adding an additional simulator is beneficial in growing (doubling/tripling) business. We are still very young but we are bringing business to a dead downtown area and that we hope will catapult more businesses, meaning more people's awareness to our business. We do a lot of parties now but that is the only thing we can do when we have a party. A 2nd simulator would allow us to have additional revenue while having a party I currently own other businesses and to grow your business it takes investors, cities, towns, municipals to have skin in the game. We are outsiders investing in a City that we are not from and we have a vision of our golf and sports simulator that brings people to town that normally wouldn't come to Clarksburg WV. Plus we are one of the only businesses in downtown that is open everyday.
