Funding Usage
Chamber of Love will utilize the funds to acquire four beds with storage, creating a comfortable environment for the teen girls. We also aim to allocate the funding towards procuring five computers for the learning lab, a vital resource that will ensure continued education during treatment. These computers will be instrumental in providing the girls with a valuable learning resource. In addition, we plan to upgrade our printing facilities, cover the county fees for conducting home inspections, and obtain certificates for safe home and fire safety. Funding will allow us to hire five employees necessary to start and hire additional team members at a later date. Furthermore, we plan to enhance the home by decorating it with uplifting logo colors (yellow and green) and adding positive canvas messages to make families feel welcome and the girls feel at home.

Business Plan
Chambers of Love is a mental health treatment home designed to work with girls ages 12-17. The goal is to start with one home for four girls and later purchase an additional home for boys. We intend to keep it small because we would like to get results. The cost is 10.000 a month *Residential Living $3,000.00 *Individual Counseling, Family & Group therapy, Accredited Education Platform $5,000.00 * Program Therapy (Yoga, Art, Music, Social Therapy) $2,000.00 In 5 years, we could expand to purchasing a home for teen boys. Chambers of Love has the opportunity to make a difference in mental health. Rehabilitation is complex, but we have an opportunity to give families a new hope for the future. We can see each child as an individual and not just part of a group and start working with each girl to help them feel safe, acknowledged, heard, validated, and valued. We can also take a holistic approach that acknowledges that growth includes emotional well-being, education, life skills, and community connections. We have the chance to nurture resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment, which can create a positive change in young girls and their families. The challenge is not having the funds to start the hiring process. Having a home is just the beginning, but what's needed is putting the right people in place to ensure we have the best team in the business of leadership (LDRSHIP), loyal to our vision and mission. They should have a sense of duty to care for our girls and their families and respect for all people who enter our doors. They should be willing to set themselves aside to work with each family, consider it an honor to serve these families, and have integrity and the personal courage to see each child through to the end of her journey with us. The 90-day start-up funds will help us hire the right team and set up a welcoming and inviting home.

Self Identified Competition
The only treatment facilities in my area are big corporations, The Farley Center, Eastern State Hospital, and an outpatient treatment resource center. What sets Chambers of Love apart from other treatment facilities is that we are at the forefront of addressing the mental health crisis that plagues our youth. We intentionally put in the time and work, offering a serene, quiet home and a very up-close and personal approach to healing. We are proud to introduce a new, cutting-edge cognitive behavioral plan and an all-in-family approach to healing on a smaller scale, ensuring our clients receive the most up-to-date treatment methods.
