If provided with funding, our plan would be to pay off credit card debt incurred from making repairs to one of our rental properties to help ease our monthly expenses while providing housing for our tenants. We would also use some of the money to pay off some of the personal loan we took out to help us purchase our rental property on 12th Street in Harrisburg. Lastly, we would use whatever funds we have left to help us have some startup capital to use for our next investment property.

My wife and I plan to grow our business in the next 5 years by continuing to invest in housing that we will use as rental properties. This will allow us to not only increase our cash flow but also give us more opportunities to provide housing for individuals who are in need of it. Investors should invest in our business because my wife and I are trustworthy and both share the same passion for investing in real estate. We work great as a team and have a vision that involves eventually owning many properties, which not only increases our income, but also provides us with the opportunity to provide affordable housing for individuals who are in need of it. We have recently connected with a tenant placement team who has assisted us with placing tenants in our rental properties who are legal migrant workers. This team also works to find housing for refugees who we would like to provide for with future properties.
