Funding Usage
My plan for the funding is to renovate a building in downtown riverside to meet my needs for my grooming salon. I will need to do electrical work, plumbing, add air conditioning, replace some windows, and do some painting.

Business Plan
The space I am going to lease has ample space for me to hire more employees as my clientele builds. My plan is to be able to employ myself and four to five others at my location. Potentially after that, possibly expanding the business my getting a secondary location or a larger location. I am a female owned small business servicing the city of riverside by grooming dogs. We don't have a groomer in downtown riverside and I already have a pretty large clientele base and I know that having a storefront will enable me to reach more local people and their pups and keep the business in our city.

Self Identified Competition
Petsmart offers grooming and there are mobile groomers in the area that could be considered my competition. What makes me different is I offer one on one grooming. This means that I or one of my groomers works with your dog from start to finish. The dog doesn't get washed by one person, dried by a second person, and then all other services by a third person. The dog gets to stay with one person, which helps them trust more and feel safer and happier during the grooming experience.
