Business Plan
Our five-year growth plan for DiTech Solutions involves hiring additional sales, marketing, and customer service employees to manage and support our growing customer base consisting of individual learners, manufacturing businesses, and government personnel during the product rollout in North America. We shall obtain additional Seed investments for the continued research and development of Critical Infrastructure training courses, labs, and exercises for the Energy, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Water/Wastewater Sectors. We shall embark on the 2nd phase of our product rollout by deploying the AI Cybersecurity training platform in Europe and Asia during the 2nd year. Additional staff will be hired to support the business expansion in Europe and Asia. In our fifth year, we shall continue to roll out the AI Cybersecurity training platform in Africa, Latin America, and Pacific regions, and will hire additional staff to obtain and support these customers. DiTech Solutions INC. is a small minority-owned start-up business that was founded in 2019, with the goal of developing a Generative AI Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity training platform, to educate and train diverse inclusive groups of individual learners, industry professionals, small to midsize Critical Infrastructure businesses, including U.S. government and military personnel, to defend, secure, and protect facilities in the United States and other countries from cyberattacks. DiTech Solutions INC. is located in East Windsor, New Jersey. The DiTech Solutions team comprises of Advisors, Professors, Engineers, IT/OT/ Cybersecurity, Critical Infrastructure Instructors and professional engineers, AI and Data Scientists, and a financial accountant. We are committed to the successful development, deployment, and management of the AI Cybersecurity training platform to address the urgent global need for knowledgeable, skilled, cybersecurity professionals.
