I would like to hire 5-10 new employees which includes project managers, office staff as well as carpenters and laborers I would also like to get an office space eventually so clients can come in to discuss they’re projects needs in a comfortable setting. My name is Leandro Aldana, and I am the founder of Coastal Quality Builders. I am 24 years old, and my journey to becoming a business owner began long before I started this company. Originally from Guatemala, I came to the United States when I was six years old. My family and I settled in Rhode Island, where I have grown up and now live. From a young age, I was inspired by the potential to create and build. This inspiration was nurtured during my high school years when I participated in construction trades vocational training. It was then that I realized my dream of starting my own construction business, a dream I finally brought to life a little over a year ago with Coastal Quality Builders.
