My plan for this money would be to get two reliable work trucks and some more equipment so that I can hire another employee to provide more services to customers and also be able to do more jobs. I would use this money to get more advertising to get my name out into the service areas.

Business Plan
My plan in the next five years is to grow to five work trucks and 5-10 employees so that I can service the whole south east Wisconsin. I plan to get all the equipment so that my employees have everything they need to successfully produce a high quality clean for each customer. Pressure washing is a booming industry and this business will only grow in the future. People will always need someone to wash their houses. Helping me will help others to get a job so they can provide for their families. I make an impact on my communities and help clean the world to make it a better and cleaner place to live. Investing in me is not only to help me but is investing in others also.

Self Identified Competition
I have a college kid in my area who definitely goes cheaper on the prices but that doesn’t always mean better product. I have MKE Property detailing LLc and kingdom pro wash in my area. What makes me different is that I have years of customer service experience and I take pride in making sure every customer is happy with their final product before we leave or get paid. I don’t just try to be quick and take corners when working a job. These customers pay a lot of money and deserve the best.
