Business Plan
As I am about to embark on this new journey with my food truck my plan is to have several locations and then go into a brick and mortar. I would love to include an area outside where people can sit and enjoy themselves. I want the environment to be family friendly. I would love to have my own property where i could include some things for children to enjoy not only the food but the experience. Rather a carousel, splash pad or anything of the sort. I am very family oriented and kids are bigger critics in my eyes. Well first I would just be thankful and grateful. Humility is everything. But on another note I would be so appreciative if i was awarded this money because it would reaĺly make my dream come into fruition. This would help me keep my decease mother legacy alive. This was her dream and now its mine. I feel like God has appointed and annointed me with cooking and I just need help and assistance with getting this off the ground. Anything would truly be a blessing for me.

Self Identified Competition
If I am honest I dont know of any competitors with food trucks in this area. I literally would be the first in my area which is a good thing because I have majority of family here and my church. I also believe in my skills in what I do and what I bring to the table. As I stated up above I will be the first to have it in my hometown. One thing I am very driven and I know with the support of family, friends, my church and God this will be the start of my dream
