The Nurse Wellness Collective (NWC) is a growing women owned, medical spa that focuses on 1) healthy weight management and maintenance, 2) achieving optimum hormone therapy for men and women, 3) vitamin therapy for and maintaining personal best health, 4) aesthetics of personal beauty. Each service in every category is individualized for the patient’s optimum care and outcome administered by co-owners Emily Hughes, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Amber Tucker, Registered Nurse, under the practice, auspices, and purview of Daniel Olivero, MD, as required by Tennessee state law. His non-profit practice, Olivero Rural Health Center Inc., is in Port Matilda, Pennsylvania and in Dayton, Tennessee. Nurse Wellness Collective has been in business since 2021 and has already grown out of their once adequate suite. They have purchased and are renovating a facility that will be, when finished, two times their current space. The extra space is much needed and will allow NWC to accommodate their expanding practice. This facility is located on Market Street, the main thoroughfare of their historic downtown where there is foot traffic from tourists, business owners, browsers and shoppers in addition to automobile traffic. Along with providing medical services they desire to be equipped with an AED, Automated External Defibrillator, and ultimately be certified in ACLS, Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Both services will have signage on the outside of their new building representing its availability to the public. This will be a vital, life-saving service for their patients and the public. “The rugged LIFEPAK® 1000 defibrillator is an easy-to-use Automated External Defibrillator (AED) designed for professional responders. A large, intuitive screen displays graphics and ECG readings that are clear and easy to read. The 1000 also features cprMAXâ„¢ Technology which minimizes CPR interruptions by allowing compressions to continue during AED charging. The LIFEPAK® 1000 defibrillator ensures you have the best equipment to fulfill the commitment you made when you decided to enter this field – to save lives (https://www.aedsuperstore.com/physio-control-lifepak-1000.html). This model retails for $3701.00. Classes for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at We R CPR, LLC, 5959 Shallowford Road, Suite 227, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37421. To attend classes and all materials for certification, the cost is $258.83 per person (https://www.wercpr.com/).

  • Business Plan

With the expansion into their offices in a new, larger building, Nurse Wellness Collective will be able to add new services to loyal and new patients. In the small town where NWC is located, the medical spa business is very much word of mouth satisfaction recommendation along with paid advertising. NWC owners, Emily Hughes and Amber Tucker, are constantly researching new services to include in their present business model. NWC is a women owned medical spa. They have only been in business two years and have already grown out of their present building. They will be moving into a much larger facility that will accommodate them well into their future. They are committed to the wellbeing of their patients and are continually researching possible procedures looking to expand their services. Investors would do well to take notice and invest in Nurse Wellness Collective. They are growing and committed.
