  • Business Plan

As the district leader for all of Fort Worth, Texas for the Colonial Life Group, our goal as ROSALEE INSURANCE GROUP LLC is to open a total of four agency offices (with a possible fifth satellite office), each one supporting all four quadrants of the City of Fort Worth and it's surrounding areas. Our district is estimated to be worth $75M in new sales, and our agency is tapped to head this district and acquire the bulk of this entire opportunity, We are seasoned professionals. With a combined 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, we will transform the small to medium-sized business sector by providing them the opportunity to compete for (and retain) great talent by offering their employees voluntary benefits at no cost to the employer. In addition (and by way of Colonial Life), we provide enrollment services and employer software access that is included with their enrollment and will handle many HR functions such as disciplinary activities, payroll, and time management. No longer will businesses face the challenge of attracting or keeping great people simply because their organization is not large enough to offer (or manage) premium voluntary benefits like their larger counterparts. When the needs of their people change, employees want to work for an employer that can provide them a way to make certain that in times of illness or pain, they have something in place to help. And again, it is at no cost to the business itself.

  • Self Identified Competition

    1. AFLAC 2. Mutual of Omaha 3. Mass Mutual 1. We are on average 20-40% cheaper on all of the voluntary products offered versus our competitors. 2. We provide activities, products and services as INCLUDED components to our business customers that most competitors charge extra for (such as software usage, enrollment services, post-enrollment product education, etc) 3. We have a strict adherence to transparency, integrity, moral ethics, and care for our community and community-based business partners. We also openly give the utmost care to our ASR's (Agency Sales Reps) as we understand that they are truly the lifeblood of our agency and organization as a whole. We are focused on their proper, lawful training and we encourage promoting exceptional talent from within.
