Business Plan
Our goal is to reach a revenue of at least $750,000 in 5 years while hiring four new positions: an additional drone pilot, a director of sales, a photogrammetry engineer, and a graphic designer. These hires will give us the necessary help we will need to significantly improve the safety and efficiency of manufacturing plants. Here's what we will do: 1) We have begun the process of acquiring a patent for a method that makes a significant impact on the safety and efficiency of manufacturing plants. 2) We have been surrounding ourselves with business mentors who were/are successful entrepreneurs to aid in our expected growth. 3) We are currently forming strategic partnerships with Six Sigma Consultants who are setting up meetings for us with major potential clients and are also recommending our services to manufacturing plants in turn for a commission. Our company’s services have fortunately been praised by Six Sigma Black Belts, OSHA consultants, and companies like Mars Petcare. We are currently in the process of attaining a patent for a method we created that greatly benefits both the safety and efficiency of manufacturing plants. We've used this method on factories owned by Mars Petcare and they were so impressed that they've invited us to present it to their headquarters each year for the past 2 years. We have the technology and the connections needed for major growth, but we are currently stifled from the costs we accumulated in developing the technology and going after the wrong clientele initially. With the guidance we've gained through mentors, Six Sigma consultants, OSHA reps, and Directors within Mars Petcare, we have been granted strong affirmation about the value we bring to both manufacturing plants and manufacturing facility managers.
