Business Plan
I have several contacts within similar trades who trust my capabilities and are willing to subcontract jobs to me, I also plan to market aggressively on several different platforms including social media as well along with word of mouth to help build my clientele. I plan to continue to work whatever days necessary to win a client over the competition, which means a great deal of working weekends, evenings and holidays as well as aggressively but competitively pricing my services. I am a highly skilled, and motivated family man who is trying to create a business from nothing and build it into something to leave for my children. I want my son or daughter to someday have this business to run for themselves after I am no longer able to do it or I am gone. I have a great business partner as well as life partner in my life to help guide me and grow the business with me. I will stop at nothing to achieve my goals. I have struggled my entire life to only get by and I want more for myself as well as my children. My wife and I have set out a business plan with short and long term goals that we are working to achieve as well as both of us working full time jobs as well. We need a little help to jump start this part of our plan and achieve some of our short term business goals.

Docs Restoration is one of my biggest competitors - They have many workers and have been in business for 20 years. They do the whole house worth of renovations . Chris Miles Handyman service is a local Handyman service that is also in the area who has a very good client base. All American Gutter and Siding is a big competitor of mine as he has his own gutter machine and the trailer and Truck to make it mobile and do seamless gutters anywhere. I plan to keep my business small and connect with my customers on a more personal level, my business card is even a picture of my 14 year old son and I and I want people to know that I am just their neighbor trying to make a living and helping people out. I have always enjoyed the smiles I get when I help people, from random strangers to even just paying it forward in line at the local coffee shop. Life is all about the marks we make, and when I leave a job or home, it will always have my personal touch and feel.
