Business Plan
Our plan for future growth includes introducing additional items that can be bundled with current products. Emphasize on solutions our products are offering to our selected target market, in the hope of leading other consumers to see how our product can benefit their needs. In addition to expanding into the B2B market offering our products or services to their employees as a benefit in the form of a reward incentive program. With CaliBama, we seek to improve the buyer's experience by offering custom-made personalized items. By not selling what everyone else wants, we offer our consumers the chance to become innovative in their self-care and gift-giving journey. We intend for our clients to create the environment they want to gift to someone else. Our products can be made for all, however, we understand everyone will not enjoy our process. This is because we don’t mass produce anything our catalog will show case our products and how they can be bought as a single item or complete setup for the events to come. With that said, our items are produced by loving hands only wanting to add the memories of a lifetime for any special occasion. The owner has been a worker bee legally since 2000, she has worked in many fields of occupations, and also obtained vast knowledge in multiple secondary education fields. Our owner understands production, management and leadership not just because she studied it, because she lived it. Never allowing obstacles that came her way to keep her down for long it wasn’t her resilience but her gift of service that always lead the way. Finally, investing in us is investing in America this is just the beginning. I am a customer too!

Self Identified Competition
We see people who hop on trends and sell consumers what they feel they need. We ask our clients what is the need they would like service and offer them our solutions on how to obtain just that. We Compete in-house by tracking customer satisfaction and all things about our consumers including conflict management and employee retention. The only competition is a healthy one. By sharing our values and mission statement with employees they have the option to stand with them and implement them or not, who they are matters to us. So, we won't employ anyone that wants just a job. This is an entire mission and we are the vibe! We are different simply because we are not here to make a quick dollar. We have the time to invest in each consumer wanting our services. Does that mean we will have copycats or infiltrators? Yes, will we lose money or sells, of course we understand all money is not earned equally, but implementing a service fee or retainer fee for our time consumed will keep our lights on. Every no we receive means there are 10 yeses. If people are tired of just spending money to have what everyone else has, just in a different color, then they will give us a chance. If not, that ok as well because this is a mission to restore kindness and sophistication to the buyer's humanity, we can't fail. 5-10 loyal consumers are better for us than fake likes, influenced sells, rehearsed testimonials and appeals to just vanity.
