The growth of my business will be in the transaction/unit count sold. I have gained a reputation and distinction amongst my community and my peers and therefore, I have more people soliciting my services. In addition, I will be teaching at a higher level to larger crowds and that will attract more clientele. I have proven myself in the time I have been in business with $0 capital. I have many more than 3 competitors, as there are over 5,000 Realtors in Brevard County alone. My biggest competitors will be Realtors in my geographical area of Palm Bay, FL; Spanish speaking Realtors & Realtors who are also educators. My competitive advantage is my education. I have a degree in International Business that had a big focus on contract interpretation and case studies of successful vs. unsuccessful businesses. My experience in running Learning departments provides me insight on how to approach clients and agents alike and educate consumers into the sale, not manipulate them. I have successfully coached over 200 agents, giving me an exponential amount of experience of different scenarios and situations that had to be problem solved.
