Business Plan
Being able to afford payroll and rent will make it easier to retain employees and with that more children I have worked hard for 24 years to improve my business as a child care provider. The employees and my tier status proves my worth. My teachers all must have the education and background to work here and that requires a better pay for my teachers. Also my center is top notch. I keep it very updated. My children are taught a cirriculum as well as fun activities. All these materials must be updated yearly.

Self Identified Competition
We have centers that are located in both hospitals as well as local college. Wvu , Mon general and wvu hospitals We are privately owned so parents get to be more social with owners and management by seeing us everyday
