  • Funding Usage

We are looking to expand from the trailer to a brick-and-mortar, so this would cover the land, building, and start-up costs inside for the most part. I'm working to build this to employ adults with intellectual disabilities.

  • Business Plan

We plan to move from our coffee trailer to an actual shop. If we are doing well enough, we would love to open another in the city next to us as there are plenty of young adults with intellectual disabilities that need employment opportunities. Problem Statement The Bossier City community faces a significant gap in inclusive employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities. Traditional coffee shops often overlook this demographic, limiting their access to meaningful work. BrewTeaFull Cafe aims to bridge this gap by providing a vibrant space that not only serves specialty beverages and baked goods but also fosters social impact through inclusive hiring practices, enriching both the workforce and the community. Proposed Solution BrewTeaFull Cafe will provide a vibrant coffee trailer experience, offering specialty coffees, smoothies, teas, and baked goods while creating employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities. The owner, a military spouse and special education expert, is committed to fostering a supportive community environment, enhancing inclusivity, and enriching the local Bossier community through meaningful employment. Value Proposition BrewTeaFull Cafe delivers a unique community-focused experience by offering specialty coffees, smoothies, teas, and baked goods while employing adults with intellectual disabilities. This initiative not only provides quality beverages but also fosters inclusivity and support for young adults, creating a vibrant atmosphere that enriches the Bossier community.
