To capitalize on this, we plan to produce ‘One Free Cocktail on Us’ business cards specifically for service industry workers. Given the trust patrons place in their bartenders’ recommendations, we aim to become the hidden gem for these professionals. As part of our marketing efforts, we have enlisted a public relations specialist who will assist in establishing a robust social media presence across all platforms, regularly sharing ‘cocktail of the day’ and similar content to engage our audience. Additionally, since there are few cocktail bar-specific establishments in our target area, we anticipate minimal competition for our unique concept. Building relationships with neighboring restaurant owners will further bolster our visibility and mutual endorsements. As recent transplants to the vibrant city of Austin, we’ve embarked on a quest to discover our ideal watering hole—a place where comfort meets culinary excellence. Regrettably, our search has often left us wanting. But now, the stars align for us to leave an indelible mark on this cityscape. Our vision? Instead, we will engage in genuine conversations with our customers to understand their spirit and flavor preferences, creating bespoke drinks tailored to each individual. Our diverse back bar will feature unique spirits from around the world, allowing customers to experience exceptional quality without the hefty price tag. We are committed to supporting smaller brands that deserve recognition and celebration, in contrast to the mass-produced products of larger brands. In addition to our unique drink offerings, we’re excited to introduce our cocktail classes as an additional source of income. For $75 per person, participants will embark on a delightful journey through mixology. Our experienced bartenders will guide you step by step, covering everything from proper cocktail proportions and recipes to the art of shaking versus stirring. During the class, you’ll have the opportunity to create up to three drinks, experimenting with flavors and techniques. But it’s not just about mixing drinks! We’ll delve into the fascinating history and cultural significance of spirits. You’ll also learn about different glassware and gain essential knowledge that every home bartender should have. Our goal is to educate and empower attendees, so they can confidently recreate their favorite cocktails at home and impress friends and family. Cheers to learning and sipping in style!
