Increase online marketing. At the moment, we are unable to afford Google Ads (~$1000/wk). An increase in online sales is critical to our growth as a brand. Add new categories to our retail sales. There's growth opportunity in both nordic skiing and telemark skiing. Increase in media production to reach a larger audience (i.e. Youtube and Podcasts). Add one more employee to cover specialty services such as binding mounting and ski tuning. We are a successful business with four employees and have annual sales that have stabilized over the past two year. We are diverse in our offerings (rentals, retails, events, & services) which keeps business up when some categories might be down. We have a large regional following and a potential to grow to become a national brand.

Skimo Co Cripple Creek Backcountry Gorham Bike and Ski White Mountain Ski Co services the northeast US as a specialty outdoor retail shop. We offer a gear selection unparalleled but other retailers, including larger companies such as REI. We also host numerous events throughout the year which continue to build our customer base.
