Add one more employee to cover specialty services such as binding mounting and ski tuning. We are a successful business with four employees and have annual sales that have stabilized over the past two year. We are diverse in our offerings (rentals, retails, events, & services) which keeps business up when some categories might be down. We have a large regional following and a potential to grow to become a national brand.
