Funding Usage
We are looking to expand our operations into our second phase: production of canned cocktails. These funds would be used to help build said facility.

Business Plan
With the addition of a canning line of products we will be able to reach many more people than just who can fit in our small tasting room. RTD's are the fastest growing sector in the beverage world and we plan on utilizing that trend by producing small batch craft cocktails in a can or bottle.

Self Identified Competition
In Portland, ME (where we are located) there are two local companies who produce RTD's: Apres, which is a hard seltzer company, and Maine Craft Distilling, which produces more of a canned cocktail. Our third competitor would have to High Noon, which is the benchmark for RTD's in the market right now. Our canned cocktails are made by real bartenders using real ingredients and in small batches. Using a combination of molecular gastronomy and traditional bar techniques we are able to craft better and tastier beverages than our competitors. We are the devil in the details that make these beverages unique and all-at-once decidedly quaffable.
