Business Plan
To grow my business, within the next five years, I plan to host pop up shops and invest in social media marketing strategies. Along with selling products, during the pop up shops, this will be an opportunity for me to network and meet others and give business tips that I've learned through my process of starting my business. If selected, the grant fund will be invested into Kiera J Cosmetics to aid with creating a more efficient and quality brand. Funds will be distributed into perfecting formulas, products, office space, PR needs, and other business expenses that include not are not limited to; business cards, poly mailers, lipgloss base, oils, and scented fragrances.

Self Identified Competition
I do not feel as though I have competitors. Everyone is bringing their own unique products to the market. When there is individuality, there is no competition. When creating my brand I wanted to attract women and men of color. Makeup has been an outlet for me but I've always felt restricted. I felt as though my complexion was too dark for bright colors or that I could not venture out too far with my creativity because of my dark complexion. Kiera J Cosmetics will help others boost their confidence while allowing them to remain authentic to who they are.
