Funding Usage
Whether through grants, or private investors, I will fundraise a sum of at least $100,000. 100% of these funds will go towards outsourcing the design and development of WizEd's 'Sprint 0'. The Sprint0 allows us to have a working and functional model, that allows us to present to school districts and other private investors, ultimately raising enough money to fully fund the design and development of the complete application, so that we can launch by the end of 2021.

Business Plan
Our 5-Year growth plan mainly focuses on penetrating the K12 LMS Marketspace and creating a dominant market share presence. Afterward, to penetrate the Higher Education LMS Marketspace. Since our companies vision is as an intuitive LMS (Learning Management System), dynamic to the entire education industry. We are able to be in numerous markets, including the Enterprise LMS Market. It is in all private investors' best interest to invest in my vision, as my vision is to enhance the education industry by offering efficiency and reliability to teachers, students, parents, and administration. Another important point is that the K12 LMS marketspace is exponentially growing by the year at an increasing 14% CAGR. Some analysts predict that this market is primed to explode in the coming years due to high demand.

Self Identified Competition
Our top competitor is Schoology, another K12 LMS that shares similar views to WizEd. After thorough analysis of Schoology's platform, they have many good features and intentions. However, their execution is poor along with their outdated UI design and functionality on all devices, including web, tablet, and mobile. Our second top competitor is, GSuite, Google's online workspace. Google's GSuite is perfectly executed and consists of great design and functionality. However, their functionality in a classroom setting is extremely limited. Teachers and students are restricted to only being able to create documents, presentations, and video chat with each other. On top of that, they are forced to use a plethora of third-party applications that hinder the classroom's time and efficiency. Lastly, our third competitor, Moodle. Similar to Schoology, Moodle is also a K12 LMS, and all share similar views and ideas. Moodle's biggest user complaint is that its User Experience is very poor due to its clunky and outdated design. These are all simply not my opinion. Rather the opinion of actual users of these products, that stands by my vision of creating an intuitive, seamless, and unified central hub, for all student and teacher interaction. The biggest thing that sets WizEd apart from the rest of the K12 Marketspace, is that we are developing a machine learning AI that will be able to personalize learning for students and teachers. The ultimate goal for most teachers is to teach their classrooms on a personal level for each student. Otherwise impossible without an efficient assistant like an AI. Most teachers have more than 4 classes each day, with many students. It is virtually impossible for one individual to teach each student equally on a personal level. This is why WizEd's AI will single-handedly provide this, alongside interactive data for teachers, parents, and administration. These features coupled with a seamless and updated interface alongside the limitless possibility that we offer will instantly make a dominant presence in the market. Clearly separating us from the rest of the herd.
