Business Plan
Our technology is designed such that we are repeatedly deploying the same tech over and over. We do not have to customize for each client therefore it is easily scalable. We are in Energy, Oil&Gas and Midstream (water). This is a large market. We are already moving into the Waste Water vertical and we are currently in discussions for a large Ag project. This funding will allow us to drive an additional $200,000/mo in monthly reoccurring revenue. Achieving this then results in a 12X increase in the company value. Our founder & CEO is an above ground facility design, automation expert. She leads the tech team. Our founder & President has led several multi billion dollars business both domestically & internationally. He brings strategy, business & in depth market knowledge. Our current developers have google/microsoft background and bring excellent back end skills

Self Identified Competition
Fronterra is a Canadien company, which is also one of the largest operators in Latin America. They selected us SOTAOG to bid on a project vs Schlumberger and Weatherford. We are competing against large multi billion dollar businesses. The demonstration of our technology was enough to convince them that we can compete and deliver value. We constantly go up against these large co's so we have to be quicker, smarter and even more customer focused. There are a handful of other smaller co's that we compete with and that changes depending on region of the US/world in which we are working We have taken 3 years to insure we have the best engineering principles, AI and a true IIOT tech stack implementation. We are beyond this being an idea as we are deploying our technology in the field with paying customers. A lot of our competitors try to sell hardware and support services. We only focus on the delivery of leveraging the real time data for high end analytics and machine learning/AI in the areas that will drive additional cash flow for our clients
