Funding Usage
Currently due to the 2024 business year being more challenging than anticipated I need help funding for increased City/Garage Rental fees (Miami Beach FL) as well as insurance premium increases. Payroll would also be supported through Grant Funding to ensure timely and fair pay rates.

If the proper funding would be allocated I would have the ability to branch out to additional properties in turn being able to employee more individuals. Valet parking in general is an ever growing business in the Miami market especially with the real estate marketing growing. As a proud business owner of 11+ years I have been able to sustain the integrity and customer experience commitment that is demanded from properties. I take pride in ensuring property owners/managers feel comfortable with the choice they have made for my company to be the first impression at their locations. As an immigrant this has been my dream to be successful in a business made from scratch and withstanding my obstacles through the years.

Self Identified Competition
- Uber (customers choosing to Uber vs rent a car while on vacation) The difference is a clean record and honest business practices. It is rare to see a business owner not have any infractions especially when it comes to the valet parking/parking business in Miami. All operations through the past 11 years have been led by the book because that is a foundation I have set. I am also a small Miami based company vs a company who has come from states like NY and California who have tried to infiltrate the area.
