This includes repairs missed by our contractor and other building issues not covered by our lease or property manager. Working Capital: Along with other fellow breweries/bars in our industry, we suffered a seasonal dip in sales, which is apparently common this time of year in Florida, BUT has had an unprecedented impact to all of us. This working capital will ensure we can continue to cover day-to-day operational expenses and maintain our team during this period, allowing us to enter the peak season fully prepared. With this funding, we will be able to solidify our foundation, complete our vision for the space, and sustain smooth operations through seasonal challenges.
