I need cover at least a full year of payroll in advance. This will help me to plan and budget more efficiently. It will also allow me to hire more employees so I can take on more jobs. I will also allocate the funds into different account which will help me knowing which account I'm pulling money from and for what exactly. The business means everything to me because I love cleaning and have built a great team full of people who share the same passion. Being able to hire people from different backgrounds and giving them an opportunity to care for their loved one is what drives me the most

Business Plan
In order to take on more jobs I need to buy more powerful equipment. Such as vehicle mounted carpet cleaning/pressure washing instead of the small mobile ones I have now. I need to purchase a trailer for my bulk hauling services instead of renting a uhaul truck every time. I need to build a team that can provide turns renovations, installing new carpets, landscaping and much more. I already have the clientele but not the equipment nor the funds to take this on. If I have funds available than I can focus on exploring new avenues of bringing in more revenues. I'd like to afford advertising more and do a website makeover. More importantly is affording payroll ahead of time while awaiting payments from commercial clients which can take time. I'm a hard worker, trustworthy and business savant. When I took over this business it was generating 39k a year and have grown it to over 200k in less than two year. I identify needs that are overlooked by many others. With more funds available I can sow more seeds so to speak, know the harvest will be rewarding to me and whoever has believed in me and my company. Overall I'm very passionate about this business because it means a lot to me and my community. I've able to employ immigrants who came through the sponsorship program. To be able to provide an opportunity to those who really need it to care for their loved ones is priceless!
