    They way I plan to grow my business with the next 5 years is to, expand our current brick in mortar to other locations that need more job opportunities. I would like at least two more physical locations in the future. I also plan to offer more awareness of our remote jobs to agencies who are knowledgeable that we are an option, always hiring and ready to assist families with unique circumstances. Getting more marketing information out so that we can be found across the United States, Germany, and the UK where we currently employ. Traveling to speak within these locations to educate families about employment opportunities. I believe my company is worth the investment because, while we understand we can’t save the world on our own, we believe that if everyone lends a helping hand, we can cut down and eventually eliminate homeless, families from starving, and most importantly, give the next generation an amazing starting point by which the are ready and desire to carry us into the future. At Single Moms Lifestyle LLC. I give back what was given to me as a teen mother. Every business I have started, is with the intent to invest in a better today and tomorrow. That is why. When our youth is employed, we help them open bank accounts with savings. We incorporate financial advisors into our orientation to come speak with them about their future, budgeting/saving, credit and investing. Single Moms Lifestyle LLC, offer opportunities to grow within our company. Allowing our employees to gain the knowledge and experience they can add to their resume, beginning day 1. Experience that would otherwise take years to be privy to. In closing, I truly believe we’re worth the investment because we’re a small part of a bigger future and the future is our “Why”.

    Oir top 3 competitors are; Call centers with independent contracts (B2B), we have a third party who provides our clients so we’re unable to offer more hourly than our competitors. Another competitor is franchised retail stores. More time in the industry, established reputation. While we are climbing tremendously upward in our consumers awareness of our store, we understand being beside some of the well known locations, our daily objective is to become a household name such as they. Lastly I believe another competitor is, Amazon. While we carry the same family affordable merchandise on our online store as Amazon, it is know surprise that they have been unmatched in their ability to deliver online orders quickly. What makes my company different than competitors is; As a call center we offer hands on engagement with our new hires and the highest pay rate available per clients. Taking less than 1-2% allows our families to take home more. Our competitors typically take 5-15% off the top. What makes the retail store different than our competitors is, we literally roll out the red carpet to our consumers in our physical location and offer product unable to obtain locally at a fraction of the retail price. Most importantly, we are a one stop shop for the entire family at our current physical location! Mom, Dad, Children call all experience shopping as a family in one location. Our styles range from casual, athletic, to formal attire. The best part is, we offer a beauty supply located inside our store! Families can walk over to our Beauty corner and complete their shopping needs in one swipe. You’re sure to find something when you shop Royal Heir Beauty and Apparel. Royal Heir Online is different because we’re always engaging with our consumers. We’re not just a website to shop on but we reach out to our consumers via social media to find out what they like, or need. We allow our customers to message us with specific item requests and we put our team to work in locating the items, then we customize an invoice, send the invoice for the requested product ensuring we’re meeting every customers need.
