Business Plan
To grow business, TJ Restorative Services will partner with the city of Cleveland for local funding set aside for community builders. Building relationship with our local VA resources, churches, Cleveland city hall and the city development department to locate funding and capital for nonprofits providing shelter for veterans. Social media pages are developed and professionally ran to funnel potential partners who are interested in supporting shelter for veterans. Fundraisers will be held quarterly along with townhall meetings on our needs, goals, and progress in gaining capital for sheltering veterans. Fundraisers and gaining awareness will be the focus over the next 5 years. The reason one would invest in TJs Restorative Services is because one less life on the street makes our communities safer. Many veterans are traumatized and suffer with Post traumatic stress disorder. We are familiar with this. Are we as familiar that in January 2023, there has been a 7.4% increase in veterans being homeless.. 87.8% are men and 11.2% women. This is a growing problem! Our 3 competitors are 1.drugs 2. alcohol 3. unaddressed Mental disorders We are compassionate citizens who understands in order to serve our community effectively, we have to be in it for the long haul. Our organization have roots in serving underrepresented communities patiently with the compassion that generates income. Funding for the right cause is what we focus on with intensity, maintaining a heart for the matter. Our organization is motivated by funding. We understand that finances cannot out pace compassion, yet funding leads to effective transformation. Our veterans our changed citizens. Their whole selves are addressed within this organization. Our intake is kept to a 4 person/house capacity. Citizens who impart change to to their families which in turn builds strong communities.
