Funding Usage
I strive to provide services to youth athletes who want to compete in judo and jiujitsu. In addition, we have a lot of veterans and families that train at my facility. I provide training at the most reduced rate possible so families can afford to come and train. I have a lot of expenses for my own training and education as a coach as well as travelling with my athletes to competitions. This travel has become increasingly expensive as they are reaching higher levels of contest. In addition, the money will be used to have a better training facility. We rent our current facility and they continue to raise our rates. We need to move into a larger facility to accommodate growth but the only way we can do that is with financial assistance to get started. The community that the facility is in does not support an expensive tuition rate and therefore we must keep our rate reasonable. But with that it has become increasingly difficult to pay all the bill and maintain equipment.

This competitive edge attracts ambitious students and parents looking for serious training. 7. Community Engagement Events My gym regularly hosts community events, workshops, and demonstrations that foster connections among families and promote health and wellness. These initiatives enhance the sense of community and showcase the benefits of my programs. 8. Strong Support Network I foster a sense of belonging among students and families, creating a supportive network that extends beyond the gym. This encourages long-term commitment and camaraderie among participants. 9. Focus on Mental Resilience In addition to physical training, my program emphasizes mental toughness and resilience, preparing young athletes to face challenges both in sports and life. 10. Continuous Feedback and Improvement I prioritize open communication with students and parents, regularly seeking feedback to enhance the program.
