With the funding from this grant, VLS Coaching will be able to maintain and increase its ability to stream content, attract clients, and collaborate and network. The network and expansion with the Chambers will provide extensive exposure and marketing in the local community that has limited services to a population in need. Additionally, the funding will provide resources needed to create the online curriculum currently used for Masterclasses that attract and retain clients. This training material becomes a method of growing the business, creating revenue, and expanding services to existing and potential business partners in corporations, local businesses, and ISDs. VLS Coaching Services was created to provide an educational and safe platform for those seeking instruction and growth. I have more than 25 years of teaching and curriculum creation experience and have invested in my business before seeking outside financial support. The funding from this organization will enhance VLS Coaching Services' ability to provide life-long changes for those we serve, fulfilling the mission to lift them up, launch them forward, and help them return to reciprocate change in their home, community, and workplace. This work isn't for the benefit of VLS Coaching but all the families and communities we serve.

Self Identified Competition
In the Dallas Fort Worth area I researched three coaching firms that appear to have a similar purpose - Kimesha Coleman Coaching, LLC, Coaches Outreach Ministry, Life Possibilities, LLc. The above competitors are all located in the DFW Metroplex area. I only serves those in recovery, 1 serves only leaders, and the other is on the only 1 that is truly parallel. However, when doing further competitor research, I didn't find any Coaching Services in my County to serve this community. There are a lot of counseling services, however, not all individuals need or want a counselor - some individuals require the service my organization provides - a Coach to help transform and get them "unstuck" coach them to and through their current status.
