    My plan is to start with one drive thru coffee and nicotine store. Selling coffee, disposable vapes, energy drinks and small quantities kratom products. Once that location is operating smoothly and profitable open a 2nd location ( 2 locations gets a bigger discount on vape products). Once those are being managed properly and profitable focus on website sales and wholesale. The reason to invest in me and my forward thinking ideas is because I don’t just accept things are the way they are. I like to learn how something works and use my creativity and critical thinking skills to improve efficiency in a unique way. With my back ground of Boy Scouts, disabled US Navy Vet, degree in Business Administration, degree in Psychology and my superpower of adult autism. There’s no limit to what I’m able to accomplish.

    Local in Helena there’s nobody utilizing a similar business plan. So there’s no direct competition. However for the vape side the top 3 in order would be Queens Palace, 20 past 4, Karma Korner. The competition for the coffee side would be FloCo, Starbucks, City Brew. The convince of a drive up 1 stop shop for nicotine and caffeine. Is the obvious difference saving customers time. Additionally I’m going to combine Costco and part of Starbucks business model. Where we have a paid membership for members pricing to be cost plus 20% or 50% off retail. Meaning we also save them money. As well as being able to pre pay on there account. Then products we sell pay for themselves and taxes while cutting competitions price in half. We only need to sell the memberships at that point and not any 1 product and memberships are 100% margins. Same on the website and for complete transparency especially for kratom products I will show cost price, membership price and retail price. Allowing customers complete confidence with us and showing how much mark up others have.
