My goal is to inform potential buyers of the product ingredients, and benefits of using my products on skin, and enhance my current customer's experience by continuing to produce the high-quality items I have. My customers care about what they put on their skin, and I will continue to use ethically sourced ingredients and high-quality materials. I plan to continue social media advertising and start paying for professional advertising to reach a larger audience. My skincare and beauty products are formulated and made by me. I use ethically sourced ingredients with the highest quality. I care about what goes onto my skin, and into my body, this business was started because I was pregnant with my baby, and I needed a lotion that I could trust, as well as understand when reading ingredient lists. My products are uniquely made with much love and care, with custom fragrances and handcrafted designs that you've never seen before! Many of my customers struggle with finding moisturizers that don't irritate their skin. With the simple natural ingredients used in my products, I have been able to reach hundreds of customers who may not have been able to use lotions before using my products. With over 600 positive reviews on my Etsy, and website. I hope to expand my products to more potential buyers, who need comfort and moisture!

Self Identified Competition
I am still a very small business, so I would not say I have any "competition" with large store brands such as Truly Beauty, SOL DE JANEIRO Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, or Bath & Body Works. But among smaller selling channels, mainly Etsy; I share the competition with several other creators like myself who have formulated their body butters. I stay competitive with my prices, production quality, and overall appearance of my shop. Other brands offer different formulas, that appeal to different customers. What sets us apart from other "Body Butters" is the ingredients! Most store-bought body butter will list water in their ingredient list, often as the first ingredient. When water is used, it means preservatives and other added chemicals must be present. My Whipped Body Butter has no water! It has 5 simple ingredients; Shea butter, Mango Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Golden Beeswax, and Arrowroot powder. All of these ingredients were carefully researched and hand-picked for their intensive moisturizing properties and other skin benefits. My products have an extremely broad audience range, for use of any age or gender, as well as any skin type, including sensitive skin!
