Business Plan
We hope to add 2-4 stylists in the next few years. There is a need for natural hair specialist and continuing education in our area. I have an extensive training and education background and have been teaching in Nc, SC, and Ga for over 10 years. We plan on having regular classes and education open to licensed hairdressers to expand advance in WNC. There is currently no continuing program in WNC outside of basic beauty school. We desperately need advanced education for hairdressers in this part of NC. We are planning to bring in educators in multiple times a year to expand training in Jackson county for all types of hair needs. We have no one here to do natural hair and this will help us expand so we can bring in an experienced stylist. We have extensive experience and education connections needed to make this happen.

Self Identified Competition
Our landlord won’t help with cost of any improvements to the building. We don’t really have competition where we are because We are the only sustainable salon in the area that uses sustainable products and color. We have 25+ years of cutting and color experience and want to share with hairdressers in surrounding salons. We are trying to share the education and experience we have with our community of local hairdressers. We will offer apprenticeships and special education opportunities for any and all who work for or with us. We have built our clientele quickly and need help to expand so we can hire new folks.
