My competitors are very large companies with lots of employees. So it is hard to convince customers to go with me. But once I do they stay with me as bigger isn't always better. Because i follow through in everything I do. They never have to worry about me coming through. I always answer the call and come through the first time. I work very hard at what I'm doing to make sure I complete the task in a safe and timely manner.
