To assist in a portion of the financing of a building expansion. We currently lease 9,000 sq/ft of commercial space to a Childcare/Education center. The Childcare/Education center is looking to expand. As the property owner, we are looking to expand one of our existing commercial buildings by 3,000+ sq/ft. We are looking for some financial assistance with this project.

Business Plan
My current request is to help meet the childcare demands in our community. The afore mentioned building expansion will help meet these demands for years to come. I will continue to evaluate this childcare business and work with them and assist them in any way I can to continue to grow their business and mine. I'm fiscally responsible, hardworking, and customer/client satisfaction oriented. I currently hold a full-time accounting position and manage my commercial property business. I work many hours to assure I fulfill my accounting position responsibilities and my commercial property business responsibilities. My grant request is in an effort to assist another small business with an opportunity for them to grow. Since I will be funding a large portion of this project, there is no immediate benefit to me and my business. I have owned my commercial property since 2007, and majority of the rental income is consumed by property maintenance, insurance, and mortgage payments.

More concerned about topnotch subcontractor performance and the associated cost for those services (lawn maintenance, snow removal, asphalt maintenance, etc. More timely response to mechanical property maintenance. In general, I communicate with my customers frequently and make sure they are satisfied with the facilities they occupy. If dissatisfied is expressed, changes are made immediately - no delays due to multiple levels of management approval.
