Rise Above Construction LLC | Application Preview
Rise Above Construction LLC is seeking government grants to expand its operations by acquiring new tools, a trailer, and settling existing equipment debts. Over the past two years, the company has remained busy without any formal marketing efforts, but is now beginning to promote its services, resulting in increased work.
The founder, motivated by a desire to create a legacy for his three children, has a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success in previous jobs. This dedication has translated into a reputation for quality work, with no dissatisfied customers and a strong referral base.
The company operates in a competitive market filled with fencing services that are often fully booked, but Rise Above Construction has a unique advantage. The founder's meticulous approach ensures that every project is executed with care, treating each job like it is for his own home, rather than rushing to finish quickly. This attention to detail sets the business apart from competitors and underlines the potential for continued growth and client satisfaction.

Business Plan
In the 2 years this company has been in business, we have not done any marketing and we have been able to stay busy. We are starting to market now and the work is coming in faster. I plan to keep growing by continuing to give my clients the best possible product and showing them that I care. I started this company because I worked in a lot of different trade jobs, I was always the number one employee in every company I worked for. I finally got tired of building up other people’s dream and decided to go build something that I could pass down to my children. I have 3 kids and they love coming to work with me. I have not had a customer yet that was unhappy with the result of the project and they have always referred me to other people. Ever since I was a kid, when I decided to do something, I made sure I did it the best that I possibly could and I always tried to learn things along the way to get better.

Self Identified Competition
There are fencing companies anywhere you go that are booked out year long. I don’t have any direct competition and in most cases people that want a fence or a pole barn built take the first guy that shows up for the work. What makes me different than other companies is my attention to detail. I treat every job as if I were doing it in my own backyard. Most people go in to rush and get a job done. I spend the extra time to make sure it is done right.
