I would use the funds to order a large variety of sizes and styles in formal wear as well other items customers are seeking. I would also use the funds to cover the cost of merchandise that I had to preorder for customers.

Business Plan
In my area we do not offer a large or even small variety of formal wear for the local schools homecoming and other events. This past Aug. and Sept. of 2024 year and homecoming season, proved to be an over whelming need and demand for local business and availability for town residents. Many of the local school systems opted to get parents to buy on line and with that process, I can say 80% of the turn out and turn around was pitiful at best. I dealt with 20 or more families as a last minute problem fix. I was able to help a huge amount of people, but with limitation on funds needed to purchase the available amount of sizes and styles needed to assist customers, I was not able to serve many. I also have to order more than one item when ordering formal wear and in doing so in order to full fill customers needs, it left me with a access of items and invoices coming all due at once. The access items will sell in spring for prom and events like that, but for now it has affected the amount of items I can order just on a regular day to day. I have the knowledge and skill to help customers as well as my business from becoming a surviving business to a successful business and my fellow residents can have the ease of coming looking and trying on different styles needed to participate in school events. All I need is a little assistance and guidance in funding this business. I am a local woman and I have put in almost 10 years of business in a very hard economy, with nothing but the Grace of God. I believe in small town business and helping my community have access to items as larger metro areas. I am also 100% committed to my community and working hard and with and for my customers. I have the ideas, knowledge and work ethic to move to the next level of services. I also have a huge loyal base of customers and clients that have helped me maintain for the last 10 years. I also have a relationship with them, I am not just a retail store but a friendly smile, kindness and most of all authentic understanding. I have been so blessed and I know with or without grant assistance, my business will be fine. I have a dream and I believe if I build it, they (customers) will come. I unfortunately am overwhelmed at the end of my figuring out and after almost 10 years of business I am reaching out asking for help. And that help, if received will not go wasted.

Self Identified Competition
My top competitors are online, Shein, Temu and places like that. Their are several locally business that work in retail in my area but I am not overly affected by them, I keep my price and quality at number one, I also have many wholesalers that would and can provide me with top quality products at an reasonable price. I need a wider range, I larger size and style variety and with that I am confident I could hold my own even with over seas and China outlets. Patience, by the way I have none of in my own personal life, but I am grateful for the patience and time spent and eagerness, to shop search and find the best items at the best prices, that everyone can afford. Anyone can sell products and items to customers, but I take the time effort, knowledge , persistence to go the extra 100 miles to find the best quality , the most wanted and trending items that EVERYONE can afford. That means a big deal to me, and I may never be overly successful in business , but I am over joyed with being able to help everyone. I am good , by the Grace of God at customer service, kindness, understanding and listening and looking for the products each individual customer needs. This is important to me its not just a job, its a gift to be able meet and help so many different types of people.
