CEPRI | Application Preview
The government grant application from CEPRI outlines a project aimed at enhancing emergency preparedness and response systems for state and local organizations. The funding will be used to finalize the development of a system that allows counties and states to access emergency operation plans from various businesses within their jurisdiction. Additionally, the project includes completing a native application that enables offline functionality for sending alerts throughout a company.
CEPRI's business plan involves ongoing discussions with large school districts, healthcare entities, and water management companies, as well as townships and counties, which require additional controls to make the system more user-friendly. The company aims to engage with a wider audience, including manufacturing firms and hotel chains, to broaden the system's applicability.
The rationale for funding approval highlights the goal of improving coordination among emergency services and enhancing safety for both business personnel and first responders. The intended system is envisioned as a valuable tool for various emergency response agencies, such as PEMA and FEMA, to facilitate effective responses by providing key information during crises.
In terms of competition, CEPRI notes that there are no direct competitors. The company’s competitive edge lies in its comprehensive system, which consolidates essential information for emergency situations, making it easily accessible. This includes details such as emergency facility information, operation plans, blueprints, contact lists, incident command teams, and standard operating procedures.

Business Plan
I'm currently meeting with large school districts, healthcare organizations, water and waster water companies, townships and counties. Townships and counties need more controls built into the system to make the system more usable for them. We will be continuing to meet with all of the companies listed above and also manufacturing companies and hotel chains to expand the product. We're striving to improve emergency coordination, preparedness and response for all types of businesses to improve safety for business employees and first responders. I believe that this will be a system that can be used by all emergency response agencies in the future (PEMA, FEMA, Fire, Police etc) to allow for a more coordinated response by providing the information that is needed for them to respond appropriately.
