Funding Usage
This funding will help us to get a vehicle to transfer our cart to and from the places we need to take it. It would change the game for us. We do not have a great system right now for transport our mobile cart. We are using both of our personal vehicles to transport everything in pieces right now. This would help us get in a really comfortable place with our company and keep moving forward with ease. We currently don't have any large debts for our business and we would like to keep it that way!!

Business Plan
In the next five years I see our business providing substantial income so that I am able to be home with my kids during the week and able to work events on the weekends. I see us looking into growth opportunities with our business. I plan to have more than one mobile cart system and have enough business to have at least two carts booked and out at events at a time. I see us hiring a couple employees to help with the growth of our business. I see us doing big things with our little coffee cart. This money would be life changing for my husband and I and our growing family. We have a baby on the way and we want this business to be able to be something we can one day pass on to our kids one day and to be something that can be a learning experience for them as well. This business is going to help us to thrive and this grant is the last step in making our dreams for our business reality. Specialty coffee is a growing passion for many people and giving people the ability to have the coffee shop come to them with our mobile coffee cart is something so unique and fun. There is a large market for something like this in our area. There are people succesfully doing this all over the US and we are the first to start something like this in our area and I really believe it will do exceedingly well.

Self Identified Competition
We are lucky to not really have much competition in our area. There are a couple coffee food trucks near us but we are a bit different than them because we have the ability to set up indoors which in our cold climate in Wisconsin changes the game drastically. We don't have to worry about weather if we can be indoors and when it's nice out we can still be outside if preferred. There is a coffee truck called Heritage Coffee that I would say is really our only competitor but they can only be outdoors. Aside from being mobile coffee that can be indoors or outdoors. We do all of our coffee beans are locally sourced and all of our syrups for our coffee are organic and homemade. We heavily focus on quality and want every cup to come out the best it can be. We take the time to make sure things are done well and pay attention to detail.
