WisePies Pizza is continuing to grow market share and recognition as the most delicious, unique, high-performing frozen pizza & snack brand in the country. WisePies pasta sauces are quickly making the same impact with near immediate growth in distribution. We will continue to follow this path to success with the following strategic objectives that will positively affect financial strength: • Aggressively Grow Brand Visibility – Effectively and efficiently implement programs that will increase the visibility of the WisePies brand, develop a stronger connection to our customer, improve education of product differentiation, and increase trial and repurchase which will effectively lead to increased velocity and sales within existing distribution footprint. • Launch Amazon Store Front and grow D2C – Direct to consumer sales opportunity will remove any physical barriers connecting an informative brand notification that sparks a google search and a purchase. By developing an Amazon store front, a TikTok shop, as well as a shopping experience within the WisePies Pizza website, we will open the opportunity for a new revenue source and a direct relationship with the customer along with important data collection. • Increase Distribution Footprint for both retail and food service – With 5 years of relationship development within the retail and food service sectors, we have built the bridges to grow quickly within the market with the additional backing of aggressive growth and visibility strategies that will positively impact velocity which is truly the only factor that is important to retailers. • Product Innovation and Development – WisePies competes in categories that must remain innovative to stay ahead of the competition. We will continue to research sustainable food trends that match our internal standards and unique product lines to add interesting and new SKUs that will spark attention from retailers as well as the industry. • Support the Community - The values of WiseChoice Foods are not only represented in our products, but also in our actions and the impact we have on our community. For these reasons, we’re proud to have developed WiseInitiatives. Our mission statement is to support community organizations on both a local and national level, that provide food, clothing, shelter, services and other essentials to youth and families that are the most vulnerable. The Inspiration As a single working mom for 10 years, I struggled to find convenient, nutritious food options my three children would actually enjoy. The challenge was finding food that didn't have that "healthy" aftertaste, but I felt good about them eating and was easy and fast to prepare. WisePies Pizza competes in three very large, high-growth categories with great opportunity to capture market share. We compete in both the better-for-you and premium segments of these categories: frozen pizza, frozen snacks/appetizers, and pasta sauces. There is a continuous rising demand for convenient foods that meet a higher standard, and the expectation for quality continues to increase with a savvier consumer looking for gourmet, better-for-you foods and are willing to pay a premium for these affordable indulgences. We meet that demand head on with the unwavering standards we set for all WisePies Products. Based on Circana data through March 24, 2024, the frozen pizza category continues to grow in dollar sales slightly over the last 52 weeks with 1.8% growth ending at $6.9B. The frozen snack category is near flat with a slight decline over the last 52 weeks of less than 1% ending at $3.7B. In the last 12 weeks, the frozen snacks category is trending positively. There is a significant white space opportunity for unique WisePies frozen pizza, frozen snacks, and shelf-stable pasta sauces that are often filled by new, independent brands. We’ll drive brand growth through increased incremental location rollout at leading regional and national footprint retailers/grocers, same store sales growth, SKU growth within existing and new partners as well as direct-to-consumer. Green chile products are on the rise and trending across the country. We are the only retail frozen pizza company that features an authentic, certified Hatch green chile topped pizza allowing us to have a selection of unique, unduplicated flavors that draws in customers, creates a fan base and influences future purchase of our other product lines.

Although the categories that WisePies competes in are vast, there are a few brands of which we directly compete. Amy’s Kitchen, Rao’s and Newman’s Own have a product line(s) similar to ours. We’ve developed unique, high-quality ingredients and flavor profiles that are unduplicated and unmatched by any of these competitors. In blind taste tests, WisePies products are the clear winner in the consumer's eyes. From personal challenges come the greatest inspirations. We have built the smarter choice for America's favorite foods cleaning them up with 100% natural ingredients without sacrificing the flavors our customers crave. Each line including our frozen pizza, frozen snacks, and pasta sauces have unduplicated flavor profiles. In addition, our brand is growing and differentiates through packaging visibility and uniqueness, convenience, and assortment options.
