Funding Usage
I would hire a social media manager to market and help expand the brand of the company I would hire more fitness trainers/coaches to reach more clientele. Most of the income comes from training kids from ages 9 - 16yrs. During certain parts of the year, school time, we have a 3- 4 hour window to fit as many kids as possible. Having more coaches and a social media manager will allow my company to effectively advertise to parents and have enough coaches to train our clients. A third benefit is that it will allow for me to open up our training services into more community centers and hire coaches that are local to the area to provide employment opportunities.

Business Plan
The Plan is to have our Fitness / Sports training available with all the major community centers in each city of the county (Brevard). I plan on using a social media manager to help with the marketing of the company. I currently host several sports and fitness events, however the problem has been that I have been doing it all on my own. I only can be in one place at a time. With the funds I will be able to host events simultaneously. A passion of mine is being able to mentor the next generation of young boys and girls. I have the opportunity to not only train their bodies but also impact their minds. The children are our future and my company's mission is to train up our athletes to become better people. When I obtain a client, they will be going from an adolescent to a young adult. I know how important it is that they are in an environment that is conducive for growth and a positive mental attitude. The down side is that I only have so much bandwidth, and there are many kids that slip through the cracks. I know they can benefit from being in a program like mine. I am currently in talks about working with a non-profit to partner with to provide my program in lower-income areas to provide my services to give opportunities for those kids.

It is not just my company providing awesome outlets for our youth, so that is exciting. We all focus on different aspects of training, but we all want the same thing, for our youth to be successful and to become better individuals. Our difference is that I am a smaller company and the client gets me and my passion. I know as companies grow, it is harder for the owner to be involved with the every day operations. However at the moment, they have an excited, passionate owner who wants to see them succeed.
