In the next 5 years, I look for forward to expanding the fitness center to the community. I would love for this to be a platform for after school activities, weight loss journeys and more. I want to encourage those who are not comfortable in their body’s to become more confident. I want to reach out to those c-section moms who are struggling to get back in shape and feel good about themselves. I want to help others elevate themselves through empowerment Attitude Strong mission is to help elevate and empower individuals through fitness by building self confidence, daily affirmation and team building. It’s time to believe in oneself and be who you want to be physically, emotionally and mentally. Please invest in my business as I will invest in my clients.

Self Identified Competition
Planet fitness, Gold’s Gym and other fitness trainers Attitude Strong Fitness is different from competitors because it is form through love and determination. Most gyms and/or fitness centers are in it to just make money. We at Attitude Strong Fitness are here to help guide individuals to their physical, mental and emotional needs. We will work together with clients to see what is the best fit for them to lose weight, gain confidence and self esteem while feeling great in their bodies. It’s not about just losing weight but about making steps to a goal and having support to do so. We are a team.
