Business Plan
Vekst has a high expected growth over the course of the next 5 years. Based on our current estimates of new users, our annual revenue will exceed $700,000 per year. After initial development is complete, we will be moving into a dedicated phase of expansion within our market and our company. We plan to expand our marketing and sales efforts from Minnesota to a Nationwide headquarters and create fresh employment opportunities within our company. After this software is launched and we have set up the infrastructure needed to maintain its functioning, we plan to invest in additional endeavors beyond this single software. We are strong believers in giving back to our community, diversity within our company, and creating jobs to lower the current unemployment rate. Vekst was founded in 2020 with the goal of helping businesses of any size become more efficient through technology. Our mission is to accelerate entrepreneurship by offering affordable, yet professional, grade software and technology. Currently, Vekst aims to bring their first software, FeedListPro, to market in fall 2021. With experience in the target market, our founders have first hand seen the need for this software and have valuable relationships on the inside of this market. This specific project will allow small business owners to create prospecting lists in a more efficient manner. Currently, prospecting is done by hand and wastes valuable time, money, and resources. Our tool will automate this process and create a seamless (and much more accurate) prospect list delivered to you in seconds. Through gathering public data, customizable filtering tools, and state of the art software design, we are ideal for starting your practice and growing your network quickly.

Self Identified Competition
Due to this product reaching a niche audience, there are no direct competitors. The software industry has seen similar tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools, which may overlap in concept. By creating this tool for such a focused market with unique filtering methods, data collection, and search criteria, this tool is unmatched. Another competitor is Visitor Queue, which generates leads for small bussinesses and sends automated emails right to their inbox. This is was less personal than Vekst's route, which provides small business owners with the contact information to reach out direct and have personable conversations with leads. A third competitor is Smith.AI, which uses live chat features to connect leads within the program. The down fall is that both the representative and the potential lead must be active on the service, whereas Vekst uses public information to gather contact information on the fly. In the small business world, our tool will help many users find their ideal audience and grow their network through others. With the founder's continued work in the target industry, we have a unique opportunity to leverage knowledge, network, and council. Throughout the initial development phase, we have received feedback from over 100 representatives who showed a need for this software. By maintaining good standing with this many representatives nationwide, we have the foundation for future potential clients. This is a very crucial advantage into our target market that our competitors lack.
