Funding Usage
Funds from grants would allow for expansion abilities to allow for our items to be able to be produced with less expenses and labor. In turn this will allow our products to be produced quicker and be able to supply companies and individuals more effectively and efficiently. We have had multiple requests for our items but the time and space is not currently allowing us to complete these contracts as quickly as desired.

Business Plan
Given our goals for expansion and efficiency, our five year goal would be able to have a commercial facility to allow for healthier food items to be produced and supplied to people via direct sales as well as having the capability to supply companies with supplies for resale, as requested. We would like to make this a full time business to supply snacks and drink items of multiple varieties that cannot be purchased via retail stores currently. In five years we hope to be efficiently running and fulfilling enough orders to supply at least 20 stores and to allow for employment of individuals to assist with the labor. In five years we would be able to supply a variety of categories in each food/drink sections. For example, we would have Keto friendly items, Carb friendly items, gluten free items, no salt options and more. I currently work full-time as a registered nurse and am dedicated to my job, my family and my business. With great desires to provide quality items to the population of Northern America, I will continue to set forth a strategic plan to reach all of my goals while being just as dedicated, if not more to this endeavor. Our world has changed much over the years and I feel that being able to provide such items could allow for ease of access to drinks and snacks that people in our country desire. One of my children are diabetic and striving to create healthier snacking options is my number one goal!

Self Identified Competition
Simple Kitchen-Offers fruit, yogurt and vegetable options as well as meals options that are available in some of the same varieties that we have chosen. They do not offer near the varieties or product options that I currently have. Good & Gather-launched by Target also is similar to us; however, they span throughout the entire food chain as we do not. Although they offer items from dairy to produce to cereals, we still offer items that they do not have. These include but are not limited to our sweet snack items and instant drink options as well as some combination products. Lastly is Simple Truth-which is a brand of Krogers. Once again their items range from far to wide, including meat items. We do not do meat products, but it an option if we wanted. Moreover, we still have products they do not. With all of these competitors, we each have different options, some in the same varieties and some are not. Moreover, my trials and errors have led us to success so far and I do not see anything but more success coming from our work. I have had struggles that most people have not had to endure and with each incident I had the strength, courage and endurance to see things through to get past them and to come out on top. I am a goal setter and my work ethics prove to show that I can achieve what ever it is that I put my mind to. My goals are achievable with hard work and dedication towards success. With or without grants, I will continue to push forward to meet my goals. We began this journey in November of 2020 and invested my own money to get where we am now. Currently we have 3 retail areas that are selling my products, my website sales and 3 e-commerce sites. In the past month we have been able to return higher revenues than I thought we could have starting off with this business. With all of the messages and requests to my business for resale items and items that we cannot keep in stock due to current capabilities (limited space and machinery), Our business could really thrive if given the opportunity and support.
