My plan to grow the business is to hire more workers for the demand of the work load and establish W-2 employees with benefits. Also, to create a website for more marketing to the public and obtaining much needed machinery to get the jobs done. I would love for investors to help fund my business so I can expand with the necessary equipment that is needed to get the jobs done safely and efficiently. This grant would help me serve the community better with the great demand in the construction industry. It would also allow me to invest into necessary benefits to my workers.

Self Identified Competition
There are many building companies out there. Some that are more established than mine and some that are able to take on bigger projects with the equipment that they have. I come from three generations of builders in my family. I have a wide range of knowledge and would love to be able to grow my newly established business that offers frame to finish carpentry.
