Funds will be used to advertising and travel expenses for customer meetings. We need to expand our customer base. Opportunity for securing one project equates to $500K-$1M in revenue with profit of 35%-40%. Once the pipeline of projects engagement increase, ExiQ will secure contractors (1099 employees) until the business builds its customer base.

Business Plan
I plan to build the customer base by hiring both tactical and strategic customer development team full time. I will also add new revenue streams by adding integration to the services along with a proven methodology of driving explore cost savings from customer expenditures of materials a services. The goal is to be profitable and expand our service through an innovative expansion of projects offerings through our consulting network. Other consultants will have a way to apply for project engagement where their subject expertise may align with some of customer scope of requirements.

Maine Pointe Consultancy - they offer cost reductions and process improvements but they are not offering a network of project channels for other consultants to bid for project engagements. In addition, they focus on food industry and manufacturing. KPMG focused on supply chain improvements but they do not offer a network of opportunities similar to Maine Pointe. They are focused on supply chain more than strategic sourcing cost reduction project engagement. RSM focused on supply chain improvements. ExiQ is a customer service solutions provider who drives positive results in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain transformation improvements. Our expanded global supply chain network provides a competitive advantage to our customers. Our aim is to provide a channel for skilled consultants to bid for project engagements creating a win for the consultants, customer and additional revenue for ExiQ.
