The business plan focuses on enhancing e-commerce capabilities to reach a wider customer base and explore more sources for parts. There is also a potential move to a larger facility if necessary to accommodate growth.
The applicant emphasizes the importance of supporting small businesses during the pandemic, citing five years of experience in making the business profitable and adaptable. Acknowledging the unique needs of the local farming and ranching community, the plan includes finding safer methods for selling and servicing ATVs and lawn mowers.
Competition poses a significant challenge, primarily from online retailers and larger corporate entities outside the community, which offer lower pricing. By obtaining funding to buy parts in larger quantities, P&B Powersports aims to remain competitive and contribute to the local economy.
The business's competitive advantage lies in its local ownership and deep community ties. The owner is committed to investing in the community, demonstrating a dedication to improving living conditions and fostering a thriving local business environment.

Business Plan
I am planning on increases the e- commerce to find more customer and find more channels to get more parts and hire more people and expand to a bigger building if needed. If we as a business community are going to survive this pandemic. Then we have to work together to make sure small business can survived. I have had this business for 5 years and I have leaned how to make this business profitable and grow. In my field , I know that we need new ways or safer way of selling and repairing the ATV's and lawn mowers in my community. Many in my community are farmers and cattle men, that uses these to help with there livelihoods.

Self Identified Competition
My competitor is the internet and large corporate that aren't based here . I am in a small town and is where cost of goods on the internet in so much cheaper. If we had the fund to buy larger amounts of parts, then we would be able to compete with the that not locals and can help keep our town alive. The different in my business and other competitors is that I am locally owned and I live in community and can see the changes that going on everyday. It will also help me invest in my community to make a better tomorrow for the place , I call home.
