My top 3 competitors are large and small pet and home good manufactures. Petco, & chuck and don, & Pet supplies plus. There are several mom and pop stores that have pet and home goods. However, mine are easily accessible online. I believe that in the next 10 years online shopping will be the norm and going to stores will die out. I am different because I add an amazing customer experience. Customer service is falling to the way side. You really stand out when you just add that to your business.
