Funding Usage
I would like to use this grant to create a targeted wellness program that can assist elderly and immobile clients. Currently, we are a walk-in retail environment but I have received multiple recommendations to provide services onsite at senior care facilities. This money will be used to expand our operation, invest in mobile options, and procure consulting for billing, Medicare support, and training.

Business Plan
We have one location currently with plans to open two additional locations by end of 2022. Our 5 year goal is to expand into multiple locally based locations with a variety of services that improve mobility, recovery and performance. In addition, within this time frame I intend to offer franchise rights to approved investor/owners. I am a motivated Veteran and business minded leader who believes in the potential of proactive wellness. This industry is young and the benefit to individuals and overall community is huge.

Self Identified Competition
There is no local competition. If you drive 20+ miles, Stretch Lab is a similar franchise but far more limited in their offerings. Next to them, there are some local chiropractic offices providing this service however it's not marketed nor prioritized for them. We have a significantly higher level of training and emphasis on talent development. We are smaller and therefore more agile as an organization. We are locally based so we know our market. We live our brand and our network, friends, and family show it.
