PNCS LLC | Application Preview
PNCS LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its farming operations. The funding will be used for purchasing or leasing land, acquiring farm equipment and machinery, installing fencing and solar panels, building greenhouses and storage sheds, and procuring additional animals as well as necessary farming tools like water hoses.
The business plan focuses on expanding land resources to diversify produce and increase the number of farm animals. This approach aims to provide the local rural community with a wider variety of local food options, reducing the need for residents to travel over 50 miles for groceries. By establishing more land and setting up a greenhouse, PNCS LLC expects to grow produce more efficiently. Additionally, expanding animal farming with proper fencing will allow for rotational grazing, promoting sustainability.
The reason for approving the funding is centered on the intention to bolster local food sources and create job opportunities within the community, ultimately keeping resources and employment local.
In terms of competition, the primary rivals are other small farmers and cattle ranchers. PNCS LLC distinguishes itself by raising pigs and goats, which are in demand among local consumers. The farm also prioritizes growing a variety of produce that aligns with customer preferences, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty among customers.

Business Plan
I plan to purchase/lease more land so I can diversify the kinds of produce I grow & increase number of farm animals so I can offer more selection to my local rural community to become more sustainable & live off of the land. My goal is to be able to help my community get local food sources instead of having to drive over 50 miles to town to get groceries. If I am able to establish more land area & also get a green house up, I'll be able to increase & grow produce more efficiently. With more fencing & more animals I'll be able to move them into different areas to freely graze. With increased production, I'll be able to hire local people so they won't have to drive out of town for jobs, keeping everything local!

Self Identified Competition
The only competitors I have would be other small farmers for produce or cattle ranchers They don't raise pigs or goats, which are very popular food sources for the local people. Also I grow different selection of produce. I try to stick to what the people like since they are the customers & you gotta keep the customers happy! :)
